TWO WAYS TO TRAIN WITH ME
Most families start with Puppy Club, because it walks you through each week as your puppy grows. If you've got one thing that's really worrying you, a one-to-one session gets you a plan for your puppy and your home.
PUPPY CLUB
WHAT YOU GET
Puppy Club is my online puppy course, with video lessons of me and Sullivan, roadmaps for each stage, games your puppy will actually want to play and printable guides, and it goes from the first night home right through the teenage months. You work through it at your own pace, so it fits around work, kids and everything else going on at home.
Essentials is the full course on its own. Plus and Coaching add the members' community, where I answer questions Monday to Saturday, and one-to-one sessions with me (one with Plus, three with Coaching).
ONE-TO-ONE
WANT ME TO LOOK AT IT?
Sometimes you want someone to look at your puppy and tell you what to do first, and that's what a one-to-one session is for. Sessions are on video, so it doesn't matter where you live, and you come away with a plan for your puppy and your home.
WHO YOU'LL BE LEARNING FROM
I'm a qualified canine behaviourist (Level 6) and I've been training dogs for over 30 years, competing in agility at Crufts, Olympia and Discover Dogs along the way. Sullivan, my collie, came to me from a rescue as a young pup and he's the dog you'll see in the Puppy Club videos, so every game in the course has been tried on a real puppy first.

After the call you get a written summary like this one, with what we covered, why it matters and a plan to follow. It's yours to keep and look back on whenever you need it.
QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK
How old does my puppy need to be to start?
You can start the day your puppy comes home, and the earlier the better, because good habits are much easier to build than bad ones are to undo. Puppy Club starts with the first night and the first week, so it's ready for you before your puppy even arrives.
Can I join Puppy Club if I don't live in Ireland?
Yes, Puppy Club is all online, so families join from the UK, the US, Australia and all over Europe. The lessons are videos you watch whenever suits you, and the one-to-ones on Plus and Coaching are on video too.
Do you still run group puppy classes?
Group puppy classes aren't running at the moment, so my puppy training is online, which means you learn at home where your puppy actually lives. If there's one thing you'd like me to look at, a one-to-one video session gets you a plan for it.
What methods do you use?
Reward-based training, with games so learning is fun for your puppy and step-by-step teaching so you know what to do next. No shouting, no shock or prong collars, and nothing that frightens your puppy into behaving.
My puppy is older now, is it too late?
Not at all, Puppy Club goes right through the teenage months, so it's useful whether your puppy is 8 weeks or 8 months old. For an older dog, or a problem that's getting bigger, Behaviour Support gives you one-to-one help.
