What if I’m not confident with technology?
Don’t worry. Online consultations are designed to be simple and straightforward. You will receive clear instructions before your appointment, and all you need is a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone.
Many clients who are new to online calls find it much easier than they expected, and I am always happy to help you get set up.
What training methods do you use?

I do not use harsh or punitive techniques. Every plan is tailored around your individual dog and your circumstances.

All consultations take place through Microsoft Teams. Before your appointment, you will receive a link to join your session. You simply need a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone.

Does my dog need to be present during the consultation?
It depends on what we are working on. For some challenges, it can be really helpful for me to observe your dog's behaviour, their environment, or how they respond in certain situations. For other consultations, the focus may be on understanding the history, discussing what is happening, and creating a practical plan for you to follow.
I will let you know what would be most useful for your individual situation, but in most cases it is helpful to have your dog nearby if possible.
