REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

PAWS ACADEMY PUPPY CLUB (ESSENTIALS, PLUS AND COACHING)

Every Puppy Club comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you buy Essentials, Plus or Coaching and decide it isn't right for you and your puppy, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the day you bought it. Just fill in our Cancellation Request Form, which is also linked at the bottom of every page.

If the refund is approved, your access to the course, the Paws Pack Community and any unused 1:1 sessions in your package ends. Requests that come in after the 14 days won't normally qualify for the guarantee. The guarantee is on top of your legal consumer rights, and it doesn't take any of them away.

EBOOKS, GUIDES, PRINTABLES AND OTHER DOWNLOADS

Our books, guides and printables are sent to you straight after you pay. When you place the order, you're asking for the download to start straight away, and under Irish and EU consumer law that means the usual 14-day right to cancel ends once the download has started. So we can't give a refund just because you've changed your mind after you've downloaded it.

If a download is faulty, won't open, or isn't what the shop page described, please email us at hello@thetrainingofdogs.net and we'll sort it out, by sending a working copy, a replacement or a refund. Your legal rights for faulty digital products always apply.

GIFT CARDS AND GIFT PUPPY CLUB

Paws Academy gift cards and Gift Puppy Club codes can't be exchanged for cash or swapped for their value in money, and any balance left on a gift card can't be paid out. Our gift cards don't expire.

If you bought a gift card or a Gift Puppy Club and change your mind, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it, as long as the card or code hasn't been used. After 14 days, or once it has been used, it can't be refunded. Refunds always go to the person who paid, not the person it was given to. This doesn't affect your legal rights if something goes wrong with the card or code itself.

ONLINE COURSES

Course content is usually available as soon as you've paid. Any change-of-mind refund depends on your legal cancellation rights and on any guarantee that comes with that course, which will be shown on the course page. If you can't get into a course, email us and we'll help you get access.

PAWS PACK COMMUNITY (MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP)

The monthly Paws Pack Community membership is €19.99 a month and you can cancel at any time, either from your account settings or by emailing hello@thetrainingofdogs.net. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for, and it won't renew after that. Once you've gone into the community or the membership content, that month's payment can't be refunded.

1:1 ONLINE CONSULTATIONS AND COACHING

Online coaching and consultations are paid in full when you book and aren't refundable. If you don't join within 15 minutes of your start time, the session counts as used and can't be refunded or moved. Our Terms & Conditions explain how to rearrange a session in advance.

IN-PERSON TRAINING, WORKSHOPS AND COURSES

Bookings for in-person training, workshops, puppy school and courses are secured with a non-refundable deposit. The rules for moving a booking, cancelling and missed classes are set out in full in our Terms & Conditions.

HOW TO ASK FOR A REFUND

Puppy Club guarantee: use the Cancellation Request Form.

Anything else, or a download that isn't working: email hello@thetrainingofdogs.net with your name, the email you used to buy and what you bought.

We'll reply as quickly as we can. If a refund is approved, we'll send it within 14 days, back to the card or payment method you used to buy, so there's nothing else you need to do.
