Accessing your Paws Academy Course
The below guidance is to support accessing any courses by Paws Academy.

If you have followed the guidance and you are still unable to access the course, please reach out to us here. If you could let us know what problem you are facing, and your full name and course that you are trying to access, one of the admin team will respond with 48 hours (although often sooner).

In some cases, if there have been multiple attempts to log in, or change your password, we may need to complete an admin forced password reset on your behalf (we do not ever need to see your password) which will generate a mail for you to reset your password and then access the course.
App Access & Troubleshooting​
Please follow the steps below to access your course in the app before contacting support.
Step 1 – Download the App
Download the Wix Spaces using the link below:

When prompted, enter the following code to access Paws Academy:
Password: QMGYKO
Step 2 – Log In
Log in using the same email address and password you used to purchase your course.
Using a different email will prevent access to your course content.
Step 3 – Access Your Course

Open the app
-
Tap “My Sites” at the top

Select Paws Academy

Click “Online Programs”
You will then see your course and can press Continue to access it.
Important
If you tap “My Profile” or go directly into Groups, you will only see the community and will not see your course.

Make sure you always go via My Sites → Paws Academy.
Common Issues
I can only see the community, not my course

Tap My Sites

Select Paws Academy

Click Online Programs
I signed in with the wrong email

Log out of the app
-
Log back in using the email you used to purchase the course

Then go to My Sites → Paws Academy
