FAQ: How to Download and Open Your eBook (EPUB or PDF)
Which format does my book come in?
We offer our books in two formats, depending on the title:
📘 EPUB + PDF (Both Formats)
These titles come as a ZIP file containing both an EPUB (for book apps) and a PDF (for instant viewing):

These are delivered as a single PDF file, ready to open instantly on any device:

How to Open Your Download
If your book includes EPUB + PDF
After purchase, click Download on your confirmation page or email.

A ZIP file will download (e.g. agility-unleashed.zip).

Unzip it and inside, you’ll see two files:

Book-Title.epub (for Apple Books, Play Books, etc.)

Book-Title.pdf (for any device)

Then follow the steps below depending on your device
Open on iPhone or iPad

EPUB: Tap the .epub → choose Open in Books → find it in your Library.

PDF: Tap the .pdf → opens instantly in Safari or Books.
Open on Android

EPUB: Upload to Google Play Books or open in ReadEra / Lithium.

PDF: Tap to open directly in your phone’s viewer.
Open on a Computer
Windows:

EPUB → open in Calibre (free from calibre-ebook.com)

PDF → double-click to open in your browser or Adobe Reader
Mac:

EPUB → double-click to open in Apple Books

PDF → double-click to view instantly
If your book is PDF-only

Click Download on your order page or email.

The PDF will open automatically, no unzipping or app needed!

You can save or print it straight from your device.
Troubleshooting

Can’t open the EPUB? Use the PDF version instead, it works everywhere.

File says “ZIP”? Unzip first, then open the file inside.

PDF won’t open? Try using Adobe Reader or your browser.

Still stuck? Re-download using a stable Wi-Fi connection.
