A full hour on a video call with me to go through everything that's going on with your puppy, from biting and toilet training to sleep, being left and the teenage wobbles. It's for puppies up to 12 months, wherever you are in the world, with written notes and a step-by-step plan afterwards.

WHY A FULL HOUR
Puppy problems rarely come one at a time. The biting gets worse when they're overtired, the overtiredness comes from broken nights, and the nights are tied up with toilet training. An hour gives us room to see how it all fits together instead of fixing one piece at a time.
We talk on Microsoft Teams, with your puppy nearby so I can watch what happens in your own home. Afterwards you get written notes and a step-by-step plan you can start that day, so nothing gets lost once the call ends.

Choose a slot in the calendar and tell me what's going on in the booking form, however long the list is.
2. OUR VIDEO CALL
A full hour on Microsoft Teams, with your puppy nearby so I can see your home and your routine.
3. YOUR PLAN
Written notes and a step-by-step plan, with what to do first and what can wait.
WHAT YOU GET AFTER THE CALL
After the call you get a written summary like this one, with what we covered, why it matters and a plan to follow. It's yours to keep and look back on whenever you need it.
WHO IT'S FOR
WHEN EVERYTHING IS HAPPENING AT ONCE
It's the session I'd pick if you're in the first few weeks and feel like everything is happening at once. It also suits teenage puppies who seem to have forgotten everything they knew.
If there's only one thing worrying you, the 30 minute session is usually enough. For dogs over 12 months, the dog behaviour consultations are the right place to start.
QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK
Do I need any special software?
No. You'll get a Microsoft Teams link by email and it opens on a phone, tablet or laptop. It's worth testing your sound and camera a few minutes before we start.
Should my puppy be on the call?
Have your puppy nearby if you can, even asleep in their bed. Seeing your home and your puppy's day helps me make the plan fit the way you actually live.
Can the whole family join?
Yes, and it often helps. Everyone hearing the same plan means your puppy gets the same answer from everyone in the house.
What if I need to change my booking?
