PUPPY BEHAVIOUR CONSULTATION
Thirty minutes on a video call with me about the one thing that's worrying you most, whether that's nipping, crying in the crate, toilet training, jumping up or being left. It's for puppies up to 12 months, wherever you are in the world, and you get written notes and a plan afterwards.

WHY ONE CALL HELPS
When something is going wrong with a new puppy, the internet gives you ten answers and they all argue with each other. Half an hour with someone who can see your puppy, in your home, cuts through all of that and tells you what to do first.
We talk on Microsoft Teams from your phone, tablet or laptop. Have your puppy nearby if you can, so I can see what you see, and after the call you get written notes so you're not trying to remember everything once you've hung up.

Choose a slot in the calendar and tell me a little about your puppy in the booking form.
2. OUR VIDEO CALL
We talk on Microsoft Teams for 30 minutes, with your puppy nearby so I can see what you see.
3. YOUR PLAN
You get written notes and clear first steps, so you can start that same day.
WHAT YOU GET AFTER THE CALL
After the call you get a written summary like this one, with what we covered, why it matters and a plan to follow. It's yours to keep and look back on whenever you need it.
WHO IT'S FOR
ONE WORRY, ONE CLEAR PLAN
It suits you if you have one main worry about a puppy under a year old, from biting at the ankles to a puppy who screams when you leave the room. If you're not sure the problem is a problem at all, this is a good way to find out.
If you've got a few things going on at once, the 60 minute session gives us room to cover them all. For dogs over 12 months, the dog behaviour consultations are the right place to start.
QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK
Do I need any special software?
No. You'll get a Microsoft Teams link by email and it opens on a phone, tablet or laptop. It's worth testing your sound and camera a few minutes before we start.
Should my puppy be on the call?
Have your puppy nearby if you can, even asleep in their bed. It helps me see your home and how they move around it, but we can still do a lot if they're napping.
Is 30 minutes enough?
It's plenty for one main worry. If there's more than one thing going on, the 60 minute session gives us time to look at the whole picture.
What if I need to change my booking?
Our cancellation policy is in the terms and conditions on this site. If anything changes, email hello@thetrainingofdogs.net and we'll sort it out.
