WHY A FULL HOUR
Problems that have been going on for a while are usually tangled up with other things, like how much sleep your dog gets, what the walks look like and what happens when someone comes to the door. An hour gives us time to look at the whole picture rather than one piece of it.
We talk on Microsoft Teams, so your dog stays at home where they're most relaxed. Depending on what you tell me in the booking form, I might ask for a short video clip first, and afterwards you get a written report and a plan you can start that day.
HOW IT WORKS
1. BOOK A TIME
Choose a slot in the calendar and tell me about your dog in the booking form. I might ask for a short clip.
2. OUR VIDEO CALL
A full hour on Microsoft Teams, looking at the whole picture while your dog stays at home.
3. YOUR REPORT
A written report and a plan you can start that day, with what to do first.
WHAT YOU GET AFTER THE CALL
After the call you get a written summary like this one, with what we covered, why it matters and a plan to follow. It's yours to keep and look back on whenever you need it.

WHO IT'S FOR
WHEN IT'S BEEN GOING ON A WHILE
It suits adult dogs with bigger worries, such as lunging on the lead, fear of people or other dogs, guarding food or toys, or struggling when left. It's also the right choice when there's more than one thing going on.
If there's one smaller worry, the 30 minute session is often enough. For puppies under 12 months, the puppy consultations are the right place to start.
QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK
Can you really help without meeting my dog?
Yes. Your dog is calmer at home than in a strange place, and a short clip of the behaviour often shows me more than a visit would, because nothing about the situation has changed.
What if my dog is reactive or aggressive?
That's exactly what this session is for. We keep everyone safe first, then work on why it's happening, at a pace your dog can manage.
What methods do you use?
Only kind, force-free, reward-based methods grounded in science. Nothing that relies on fear or pain.
What if I need more than one session?
Some problems need follow-ups. Behaviour Coaching gives you regular sessions so we can review progress and change the plan as your dog changes.
