WHY USE A CLICKER

The click marks the exact moment your dog does the right thing, far quicker than you can say good dog. That makes it easier for them to work out what earned the treat, so they learn faster and you get less guessing.

A lot of clickers end up in a drawer because nobody showed their owners how to load one or when to click. The course shows you both, along with the five slip-ups I see most often and the fix for each one.

WHO IT'S FOR

ANY DOG, ANY AGE

It works for puppies and older dogs alike, and it's a good place to start if you've never used a clicker or you tried once and it didn't take. You'll need a clicker and some small treats, and that's it.

I'm Renée, a qualified behaviourist with over 30 years of training dogs, and I've competed at Crufts, Olympia and Discover Dogs. Everything here is kind, reward-based and easy to fit into a busy day.

GOT A PUPPY?

PUPPY CLUB COVERS THE LOT

Once you've got the clicker going, Puppy Club takes you from the first night home right through the teenage months, with nipping, crate crying, toilet training and being left all covered. You get the full roadmap so you always know what to work on next.

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK

Is it really free?

Yes, there's nothing to pay and no card needed. You join, and the lessons and starter guide are there straight away.

Do I need a clicker already?

You'll need one before the loading lesson, and any basic clicker from a pet shop or online is fine. Until it arrives you can watch the first two lessons and read the guide.

Will it work for an older dog?

Yes. Older dogs often pick it up quickly, because the click gives them a clear answer to the question of what you actually want.

What should I do after this course?

The last lesson shows you where to go next. If you have a puppy, Puppy Club picks up from here with the full roadmap from the first night home.
