We’ll explore their history, daily routines, behaviours, and environment through a series of in-depth questions designed to get to the root of any behavioural concerns. This isn’t just a quick fix – it’s the first step in building a clear, practical, and personalised plan to support long-term change. Following your consultation, we’ll create a detailed written report outlining everything discussed during the session, along with tailored training advice and next steps. This comprehensive report takes 2–3 hours to prepare and will be uploaded to your own private area of our website, where you can access it anytime. We’ll also include relevant video tutorials and resources to support your training at home. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident, supported, and fully equipped to move forward – even after the call ends.
